DMG Group LLC is a consulting practice founded by Simone Gbolo to support organizations, communities, and leaders working toward meaningful social impact.
The name DMG honors Dorii Michell Gbolo, Simone's late mother, whose strength, wisdom, and legacy continue to inspire the work.

Strategy that ignores the daily realities of staff, participants, and community members won’t survive contact with them. Before we recommend anything, we spend time understanding how the work actually happens — who carries it, what constrains it, and what the people closest to it already know.
Much of our work sits at intersections: institutions and communities, the United States and West Africa, research and practice. We translate across those lines so partnerships are genuinely reciprocal rather than extractive, and so every partner recognizes their own priorities in the result.
The measure of good consulting is what continues after the engagement ends. We design so your team owns the framework, can run it without us, and can adapt it as conditions change.
